The short version
- We collect what we need to run PartnerOS: your work contact details, your billing record, and the data your team puts in.
- We don’t sell personal information, don’t show ads, and don’t use advertising or analytics trackers.
- The data your organization adds belongs to your organization. We process it on its behalf and only to provide the service.
- We don’t use your data to train AI models. Card numbers go to Stripe, never to us.

1Who we are
PartnerOS is a product of AMS Technology Solutions (“PartnerOS”, “we”, “us”), based in New Jersey, USA. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit www.yourpartneros.com, request access, buy a plan, or use the application at app.yourpartneros.com (together, the “Service”). It should be read with our Terms of Service.
2Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account and access: your name, work email address, company and role when you request access, buy a plan or are invited to a workspace.
- Billing: your billing contact, company, billing address and tax details, and your subscription and invoice history. Card details are entered on Stripe’s pages and stored by Stripe; we receive only limited information such as the card brand and last four digits.
- Messages to us: emails, feedback and integration requests you send, and our replies.
Information your organization puts into PartnerOS
Your team may add or import partner, deal, account, event, certification and campaign records, documents and notes. These often include business contact details of people at partners and clients, such as names, job titles, work email addresses and phone numbers, and records of meetings and emails with them. If your organization connects email, we read only message metadata (subject, direction, date and participants) for messages exchanged with partner contacts, not message bodies. If your organization sets up a portal-email address, we receive the emails forwarded to it.
Information from connected services
When a user connects a service such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Box, Dropbox, Amazon S3, HubSpot, Salesforce, Crossbeam, or partner programs from AWS, Microsoft or Google Cloud, we receive the data needed for the features they turn on, plus the access tokens to reach it. Tokens are stored encrypted.
Information collected automatically
- Sign-in and security: sign-in times, one-time-code requests and technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and error details) that our hosting and database providers record to run and secure the Service.
- Usage: records of actions in your workspace (for example, who created or changed a record) and of AI usage (such as the amount of AI processing a workspace uses), so we can operate plans and allowances.
We don’t use advertising trackers, cross-site tracking or third-party analytics on our website or application.
3How we use information
- to provide the Service: create workspaces, sign people in, run the features your team uses, and deliver briefs, drafts and reports;
- to process payments, send invoices and receipts, and manage trials, renewals and cancellations;
- to send service messages, such as one-time sign-in codes, approval notices, billing reminders and the Monday digest (people can turn off their personal digest in Settings);
- to provide support and respond to feedback;
- to secure the Service, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms;
- to understand and improve the Service using aggregated, de-identified information;
- to comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it to profile individuals. Where the law requires a legal basis (for example, in the EU or UK), we rely on performing our contract with you or your organization, our legitimate interests in running and securing a business service, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where we ask for it.
4Your organization’s data
For information your organization puts into PartnerOS (“Customer Data”), your organization decides what goes in and how it is used, and we process it on its behalf and under its instructions. In data-protection terms, your organization is the controller and we are its processor (or service provider). If you are a partner contact or other person whose details a PartnerOS customer holds, please contact that organization first; we will help them respond.
Your workspace admins control who can see which areas and partners, which apps are connected, and what is deleted. Competitor notes and data your partners share with you stay internal to your workspace and are never included in partner-facing outputs. Nothing is sent to anyone from PartnerOS without a user choosing to send it.
5AI processing
- To draft, summarize and read public news, we send the relevant content to AI providers. On plans with AI included, we use Anthropic (Claude) for most features and xAI (Grok) for partner, competitor and client news searches.
- If your organization connects its own AI provider key (“bring your own model”), content for those features goes to that provider under your organization’s agreement with it.
- We don’t use Customer Data to train AI models.
- If your organization chooses the optional Gamma design with its own Gamma account, the text of that deck is sent to Gamma.
8How long we keep information
- Workspace data: for as long as the subscription is active. When a subscription ends, the workspace is paused and its data kept for 90 days, then permanently deleted (routine backups expire on their normal schedule). Sign-in accounts that don’t belong to any other workspace are deleted at the same time.
- Access requests: until the request is decided and while the account exists, then deleted with it.
- Billing records: as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes, typically up to 7 years.
- Technical logs: for the limited periods our hosting and database providers keep them.
An admin can delete records at any time; your organization can also ask us to delete its workspace sooner.
9Security
We protect information with measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted storage of connection credentials, row-level access controls that keep each workspace’s data separate, sign-in by one-time code, role-based permissions, admin-only deletion, and logging of administrative actions. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify the affected organization and people as the law requires.
10Where data is stored
We are based in the United States, and our database is hosted in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US and in other countries where our providers operate. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses offered by our providers.
11Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can:
- update your name in Settings → Profile;
- turn off the personal Monday email in Settings → Notifications;
- disconnect apps you connected in Settings → My connections;
- email sales@amstech.ai with any other request. We will verify your identity and respond within the time the law requires (usually 30 to 45 days).
For Customer Data, we will pass your request to the organization that controls it, or act on its instructions. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
12US state privacy rights
Residents of some US states, including California, have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to delete and correct it; and to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. The categories we collect are described in section 2, the purposes in section 3, and the recipients in section 6. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about people. To make a request, email sales@amstech.ai; an authorized agent may also make a request on your behalf with proof of authority.
13Children
PartnerOS is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
14Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service or the law changes. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top. For material changes, we will notify workspace admins by email or in the app before they take effect.
